We most commonly process data that you provide to us through the contact form or during communication: first and last name, email address, phone number, selected service, message text and any other information you voluntarily share with us.
If you become a client, we may also process data necessary to arrange and provide the service, issue invoices and maintain standard business records.
We process personal data primarily on the basis of steps taken prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests and, in certain cases, consent.
Data from the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any follow-up communication. Data relating to provided services and accounting documents is retained for the period required by applicable law. Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until that consent is withdrawn.
